On the VIN plate it says Whizzer-NE. So I thought is was the NE5 but it also says 49.65 cc and I keep seeing the NE5 is 138cc. Please help I'm looking for a rear belt which I think was a problem but reading other places on here I see it is more likely the front belt. Is it an NE5 and which rear belt would be recommended?
