I was seaching for some traditional black rubber-block pedals (for an un-motorized bike I have) and found that Harris Cyclery currently offers one pair of WHITE rubber-block pedals.... If you're doing a antique-theme motoredbike with white tires and you want matching pedals, at least one company out there is making them.
They don't have a separate page, but are titled-
Lyotard Rubber Pedals With Reflectors PD567 $24.95
Also on the pedals page on the Harris website are some folding pedals, which might be handy to use if you've got footpegs anyway. All these are 9/16", and they have 1/2"-to-9/16" adaptors if you want to use modern pedals on one-piece cranks.
