Bike isn't even a Whizzer it's just a $100 vintage Roadmaster
No cranks, cams lifters and 1/2 a con rod
basically 2 empty cases, flywheel's and jugs, 1 tank 1 throttle, with assorted parts & bike = $500 IMO
