Length is adjustable, Whizzer had 5 1/4 inch long. If you go shorter you will have to use threadless headset. downtube diameter is 7/8 inch

my headtube is 6 5/8" (tall bicycle)

i'm not gonna tear the headset down, but the OD is 1 7/8"

doable? i'm guessing no?

Measurements

This still might work. You see the headset & bearings here are off the Whizzer. 1 5/8 wide, & 7 1/4 to the top of threads.

Nothing left of the Whizz except for the ignition switch, taillight, & the chain guard/fenders. Oh & the brace that is shown on the front fender is gone on its way to Augies house.
