    It starts like this.
Bike was running great. I live in Colorado and there are some decently steep hills. I wanted to get a bit more power out of the bike so I attempted to remove the sleeve inside the intake to get some more airflow. after putting everything back together and trying to start I could not get it to turn over but it really wanted to. I figure my mixture is wrong. So I adjust the carb in hopes of getting the bike to turn over but she just keeps sputtering. I figure I'll put the sleeve back in and try but still no luck. Am I just flooded at this point? If so how do I unflood?

take out the spark plug and hold the throttle wide open while pushing the bike in gear.

Hey so after a long winter of not messing with the headache I tried to get her working again. With a new plug and starting fluid it really sounds like it wants to keep turning but then stops. the fuel is new and the plug is new. I am so stuck any help would be a godsend.
