Yeah... this is from a couple years ago. It seems nothing is there on Whizzer Lane as of then. That said... it's quite obvious that there is a PERFECT place to put a home/workshop/whatnot....

I'm as bad as this guy, my man cave is my place to just sit back and unwind, and put parts together for projects. This one is a 1962 Schwinn typhoon twin straight bars. J motor. It's gonna be my Rat Fink tribute bike to Big Daddy Roth. There's a guy in my town, he owns the best pizza place in town...He has a collection of something like 4 or 5 Whizzers that he never takes out of the garage, never rides them, they just sit there.
I found this out when I stopped for pizza one day and he was almost drooling on my bike admiring it...lol.
He didn't think that anyone could build a 2 stroke that looked as good as mine after he has seen the sad mess that some people here in town had built.
His wording was something to the effect of, 'well it's obvious your not a drunk or a druggie that lost his licence and just strapped a motor on his bike to get around'...lol.
He did promise me that "one of these days", he would invite me over to see his Whizzers....I'm wondering if there will be ice skating in Hell before this happens though...lol.
Love it!! PM me. We will talk Turkey! Thanks. Much appreciated.@DieselTech here's the NE motor. I got this from whizzer USA. It has one broken fin, I'll put the 6 pole stator and heavy flywheel back on it, copper head gasket, and head. I haven't done anything to the motor or really looked at it. Should be ready to go once the parts are reinstall, it doesn't have many miles on it. View attachment 189329View attachment 189329View attachment 189331View attachment 189330View attachment 189328

If it turns over easily without using the compression release lever You got no compression
HI everyone I deeply apologize for how late the reply's are, Firstly, It has good compression, I can hear it, and I don't believe the valve seats are bad because the last time I ran it, it ran just fine, the whole problem started when my dad tried to changed the tire tube for me, I was at working at that time so I have no idea what he did. And if the problem is really only the clutch spring, then that would be a big headache saved, I am not very experienced with engines. and Yes it is a 1999 WC-1.By chance got a complete running engine you would sell or should I say, let go for a price.
If the offer is still open I am absolutely willing to learn, all I want is to get this running againVuit, this is a wc-1 cylinder. You might still have the restrictor inside your intake, you can pull off your carb and take a look. This cylinder had almost 500 miles on it, look and see there was no leaking between the head and cylinder, valve seats working well, don't believe your top end isn't any good.
Can you tell me what you would like to do with your motorbike.
I have extra parts, are you willing to learn how to use them.I have WC-1's , Ne's,and Se's
