Who has the fastest top speed?

My tools are nothing special. 1/4" cutters in a drill and 1/8" cutters in a Dremel on slow.
I use kerosene or WD40 to keep the aluminum from sticking to the cutter.
The long shank tools are a big help in a tight spot. Cheap cutters dull fast.

Well I am finished cutting the jug shown above in post #341 and have now matched up the case at the transfer as well! These pics show clearly now how the transfers were corrected at the side closest to the exhaust port.I am doing up 2 of this engine basically identical to each other they both will receive new bearings every where including the big end as well the cranks are re balanced and trued,they are going to run at 8 3/4 to 1 compression and hopefully will spin 11,000 with a torque output 2 x that of the stock 2-3 lbs!I am hoping that with a better torque out put it will allow me to drop the gear ratio again from 3.09 to just under 3 reducing the rpm required to hit 70 and still have decent acceleration

Actualy the current fastest production sports bike is a ninja h2r with a top speed over 249 mph there is a bike thats faster the dodge tomahawk with a top speed of 420 mph with only 9 bikes sold to date I think the ninja wins as a production bike!
