Who rides a 212 (and gets away with it)

I also have a pair of engineer boots I will wear every time I ride - ATGAT
 
Do you have any idea of why the frame was extended?
It looks like a Pit bike motor 4 speed 125 or 150 would fit nicely. Maybe that's why the frame was extended.

I was wrong about the year by the way- it’s a 1972. A lot of stuff can happen in 49 years

I never thought of that...if this Subaru doesn’t work out that could be an option

I have a head for an ex17 that I have read is an easy high compression swap for the ex21 due to its formed combustion chamber. Actually I have the whole engine, but only the head is worth something to ex21 owners. I’ll let it go for $100 shipped.
