will a engine fit on my bike

you may find this helpful; my bike has the absolute smallest frame you can fit a Chinese two stroke bike engine into. I had to grind the head fins to get it in. Measurements are NOT centre to centre cos that does not take into account fatter frame diameters. these measurements are the actual gap in the frame. Seatpost 300mm, top tube 420mm, downtube 520mm. draw the triangle and drop your spare engine inside it- you will see the challenges I had. the photo was lifted off BikeBerry's website I think- thanks Tony.

A 30 inch seat post tube??? Are you around 7 foot tall? Did you measure the seat post tube from the top of the seat post tube to the center of the bottom bracket? This measurement doesn't include the seat post.

If this is measured in centimeters then that is a very small frame bicycle. You need a minimum of a 46 cm seat post tube.

Seat tube 30 cm >> 11¹³/¹⁶ inches
Top tube 47 cm >> 18½ inches
Bottom tube 56 cm >> 22 inches
alright

That is not going to be an easy fit, anything can be done, it is just how much mechanical skill and ability do you have amd how much trouble and expense do you want to go through trying to fit the glass slipper on until you find the beautiful Cinderella ???...lol...lol.

These engines are designed to fit full size beach cruisers for best fit with a minimal of fuss and bother like the Hyper Beach Cruiser steel frames...Myself as well as a few others here on the forum use Hypers.

You probably do not have Walmart in Lithuania but at least this will show you what your looking for.
Whatever you do, do NOT use an aluminum frame bike as they usually crack and brake when a motor is put on them, make sure your getting a steel frame to build upon.
alright

I agree with Jerry on this one. That seat tube is going to be too small. On a standard Triangle road bike/mountain bike frame a 47cm/18 inch seat tube height is generally the bare minimum to fit a 2 stroke or small 4 stroke engine in a frame without any fitment issues.

Small cruiser frames are an exception, such as the Schwinn Stingray, since the lower tube comes out more parallel to the ground and arches around and up, creating a more round opening in the frame for an engine to fit.
alright
