It don`t look like much, But after all this trial and error over the last year messing with bigger carbs, porting, setting the squish ect..tried useing a catnip cdi and I had been trying to get a stuffed g2 reed and 21mm pwk carb and than a smaller 19mm oko just couldn`t get ittuned right with it. Useing the 40 tooth sprocket i had lost 6mph with the bigger carbs and catnip cdi. I ended up going back to a ztmoto reed and bofang carb and reg, cdi. Now she`s back up there over 40mph rippen it for even more. A couple of thing i`m gonna change is the wheels. I have ordered a Phantom 85 kit (cant wait). The 36 tooth rag joint sprocket that comes with it. I am putting it on a set of black rims and spoke wheels thats going on this ride again. I`ll use the cnc 40 tooth sprocket with the 85 kit. I`m sure the catnip cdi coil and bigger carbs will come back into play later on. But besides mounting the back of the f2 better and a bag on the front to hide cable and carry tools, she almost done.
Will it ever be finished. Probably not..

Check that the intake manifold is flat to the cylinder. Take it off and sand it like a head on a piece of glass to make sure it's flat. When the engine heats up it cause a leak from expansion but dies down if a little fuel and oil goes in the crack.

Well I must-have fixed it. She Idles fine. With the bofang carb and ztmoto reed. And the temp was at 298f. Low end don't do much but ya hit midrange it takes off and does 45mph. So I guess that means my leak was with the g2 reed.
Is there a stubby intake to fit the pwk/oko carb to the zeda . I can find a 48mm bolt spacing but not the 40mm. I thought about going back to piston port with a 21mm pwk on the zeda.

Look up CDH OZ reed kit. They make it in true 40mm bolt spacing & all different dia. Intake sizes up to 24mm

Right here is a couple examples from amazon. A 19mm & a 23mm. 40mm bolt spacing only.

Here i go. The 80cc 100c intake adapter for cns and vm21 carbs, from gomax,https://gomaxind.com/products/80cc-100cc-intake-adapter-for-cns-and-vm21-carbs with something like above to fit my 21mm pwk. and the meteor ms460 piston and slap it all on the Phantom. if v4 gets here soon LOL
