Windowed piston

When I first saw the bike engines I thought they were all the same. Had a lot to learn. So many engine options it's hard to keep up with....bore, stroke, rod length, pin location, and many more options on heads, cylinder metal...coatings, etc.. Wow!

Me too, everything I seem to order was wrong, lol I ended up with a lot of spare parts.

What do I need to know to make a windowed piston for a reed valve engine build? Like window location, window size, shape of window? I'm planning on using a 49mm steel sleeve cylinder & either g2 reeds or the cdh oz reed set up. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Cheaper than the CDH stock ones and 6mm bolts... And it's got the clear Reid I was looking for...

Who makes that 1, & what are them 2 aluminum plates on the side for? Plates on right side of pic?

Which stage 6 Dio fits this one...

Mossy this is not a stage6 reed cage, but is a good reed cage that I know will fit that cnc billet intake. But give me some time & I'll get the actual stage6 1.
