What do I need to know to make a windowed piston for a reed valve engine build? Like window location, window size, shape of window? I'm planning on using a 49mm steel sleeve cylinder & either g2 reeds or the cdh oz reed set up. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
That gear will pass over the brake arm. No need to remove it. I've been cutting my gear hole bigger..2" hole saw. I made a crude jig to guide the pilot bit so the cut is centered.

I've screwed the sprocket to a piece of plywood found center and used a hole saw... I've flattened out the dust cover an run it on the outside of the kit sprocket also
When I first saw these evil bike motors, I was thinking I could lose some poundage. Then I started spending to much. An now I have way to much CG stuff to be called normal. 8 cg and more parts than a hobo can shake his stick at. Spend money, you lose weight, from the wallet and lack the f food!!
