You can mill the WC-1 head 40 Thousands with out having trouble, anymore you'll need to add more material around the head bolt hear the spark plug.
This is where we get a hair line crack.
Adding more material works, or you can add a thermal barrier. I'll post pictures of a new head, 40 mill head, and a heat coated head milled way down.
