Clutch would this engine mount up to the kits that require a 75mm clutch ??

found this link on small engine warehouse and if it will mount it would be an incredible deal ....

and if so what parts would be required to run it on a gebe set up ??

The clutch would be very specialized and looks to be 54 mm. There is no output shaft rather a socket that the clutch would seem to fit into
