Yo. You have to understand that we are pretty safe at 120v. Its current that kills. So volts=amps*resistance. The human body is around 100k ohms when its dry, so 120/100,000 is around 1 mili-amp. It takes around 100 mili amps to kill someone. At 480 and higher or if i was sweating, you must shut off the power. At higher voltages the skin breaks down and wet skin is just conductive, so the resistance become only 1k ohm, meaning you will die as you are within the 100 mili-amp threshhold.
