WTF is a "Malice 85", or a "Shadow 85"?

At best it's sloppy and inconsiderate. I just would have to know more to see it as intentional fraud, knowingly committed, and feel certain of it.

It's not so much him selling the engine he called the phantom 85 V3, but it's more the one he called the V4 as ZTMoto has not yet come out with the V4.

Well it could be intentional and fraudulent, but it also could just be a mistake, not thinking it through.

Think about it, if the engine is all the same parts, he might have just not even thought about the name being copywritten, and just listed it as Phantom cuz the parts are the same.

Not saying this was for sure a mistake or oversight, but you sure are quick to condemn the guy for what could have been just a faux pas.

It really may not be as shady and intentional as you're assuming.

You can't call them a Phantom in the US as buddy has the rights to the name. You can call them what ever you want.

Quality wise, it is the Chinese lottery on do you get a good run or not.
