Mini bike is done so time for something new. My soon to be daily. I'm calling it 4X. This is what I'm starting with.

Got the frame all cleaned up. There is a few nicks in it, from previous crashes, that will have to be filled before paint.

This is the tank I'll be using as soon as my forks and handlebars show up so I know exactly where to put the mount.

I got another frame in the shed yet for the challenge with Mark20 on the belt drive snowblower motor build. I just about have that one all figgered out. A new daily is priority right now though, spring's a coming.

Seeing I have to wait for parts, I decided to go through the engine and clean off some casting flash and clean up the ports. What usually happens with the transfer ports? I see some casting flash there too but seems impossible to get to and sand out. But did notice this. The rest of the jug looks fine and that little sag isn't going to affect anything.

Well, this head is the worse one I've had for nicks. Before and then two minutes later.

I'll get the gas tank, back ground in pic, mounted up today. Then see how that looks.
