While I'm waiting for the paint to harden before I can cut and polish, I decided to do a little wheel treatment.

When you guys put in studs, the lock-tite doesn't have to cover the whole stud to be effective. These ones are just for my clutch cable adjuster so I used blue.

Hey did you have to modify frame for engine drive sprocket to fit on those mag wheels. I do know there is a sprocket adaptor for mag wheel. I didn’t want to add more stuff though if possible.

The sprocket bolts right to the mag, no kind of mount required, I stretched the frame for the chain to pass by and the wheels to fit. I built another bike that had painted wheels and the brakes would squeal, so these wheels I sanded off the paint and polished the edges to give it a nice custom look. Only needed to do rear wheel, but what the hey, nothing but time.

I read a lot of reviews on amazon on mag wheels. Most say to lock tite them bolts on the sprockets. I will sand the rim stripe for brakes thanks very good info.
