Yd100 starting issue

Yeah well the only thing I'm thinking is changing my jet as I've just added a bigger pipe (replica mz65)

Sure way to test out that theory is to put the stock pipe back on and try to start it...if all goes well, than you have zeroed in on the problem and time for the next step here.

Yeah i was leaning toward the jet as I thought it wasn't getting enough fuel to combust but then again when it's not starting eventually it poors enough fuel in to atleast get a splutter and even with the new pipe I should get some sign of life

You said this started after trans planting engine to new frame, have you tried taking the kill switch out of the wiring circuit & try starting it without the kill switched hooked up? how old is your fuel?

Have you got a squirt bottle you can put fuel in? If soo squirt 2-3times in carb & try starting it, if it trys to start I'd say it's a carb issue, if dont do anything id say you got weak spark issue.
