Carby Yd100 with reed valve and kehien clone carb

This is my newest build. It was my dyno. I have a yd100 with a reed valve and kehien clone carb and 56t sprocket. I'm having trouble dialing in the carb. At higher speeds it feels like it's almost bogging down but I can tell it has more power it just can't out put the power If that makes sense. But can someone tell me If this spark plug is fouled out or if I'm lean or rich? I cant tell

I made a thread more vague about this so I'm making a new, more specific post. So I'm looking for anyone that has used one of these clones with any info they can provide. Mainly I'm looking for jets for it and like tunning advice for the dang thing. Here are a couple pics to show what it looks...

How should I go about fixing being so rich. I'm still learning how to tune a carb

id put the stock idle jet back in there, if it was idling fine before, as if you go too rich on the idle, it affects the main jet as well.

for main jetting, id go down a jet size or two. now, how many jet sizes did you step up from stock? that can give us a good estimate on where you need to go with it.
