I got my 48cc from zbox it works fine. I'm not sure what you mean by "restricted"? as for being over 200watts, even the 48cc if over 200watts, I had my mate who is a sign writer make me up a sticker up thet says"200 watt Ltd". I've havn't been pulled up by the cops yet, and I ride to work every day. I think it's like anything, if you don't ack like a fool and draw too much attention to yourself you should be right. I have the sticker on there so I can play dumb if I need to.
