So I got the Zeda 100max cnc dual-spark head from Bicycle-engines. Com and this head does not fit, holes don't line up with the studs.

Molly tells me first to turn so the cooling fins are running sideways, then tells me I'll need to bend in the bolts and they require some 'manipulation' and push to get it on.

Aside from feeling like I paid nearly double for this kit what the same thing costs on gomax, I'm feeling like this person doesn't know what she's talking about.. but maybe I'm wrong.

Has anyone else done one of these and did you need to bend in the studs to make the cnc head fit?
I've got a decently strong grip and I tried this already.. did not work. Not by a long shot.
It sounds like she's telling me to force it on and then what if I need to take it off?
Smells like bs.

Pictures? By how much does it not fit?
And from everything I've heard and my personal experience, Molly definitely knows what she's talking about.
My head doesn't wanna slide easily onto the studs, I have to kinda wiggle and manipulate the studs a little to get it all to come together.
Again, pictures might help.

By a lot. I've fried squeezing the studs together. It don't fit. I think my studs may be a bit warped, and I can tell they weren't installed at the same depth.
Using double-nut method they are moving back and forth in the holes, so maybe warped or cross threaded

Did you get the one for the 100 or the 80?

Sounds to me like you ordered this

And not this

Check order history, and measure the stud distance.

If you did order the 100 it should have 50mm spacing. If it's less it isn't the right one

I got the one that came with the kit, did not order thebhead seperate. Checked the option to include it, so it may be they packed the wrong one

It's good to check. The head should be 50mm stud spacing center to center (across). If not email Molly again and let her know they sent the 80cc one instead of the 100

Are you measuring the hole by inner edges or outer?
I'm getting 32mm inner, and 52mm outer edges
