Zeda 100max cnc head doesnt fit?

That's normal. The heads have a raised ring of material closest to the bore that is supposed to help with sealing by creating more sealing pressure (Force applied to a smaller area). I usually use a mirror or glass table with some sand paper to level and polish the head surface and I also do the same to the top of the jug. I like to finish both with at least a 400 grit. This helps a lot more with sealing using metal head gaskets.
That might be helpful. I think the copper gasket is a bit oversized

And these rubber pieces? I assumed they're for the mounts, to reduce vibration..
Some of these hardware pieces are not listed in the parts diagram/list and idk if I got extra bolts, nuts and whatnot.. found a few pieces loose in the box

Yeah, look like they're for the mounts. I wouldn't advise using them though. Lots of people have had problems doing things like that, and I personally did it and it caused my chain to slap around so bad I couldn't go fast at all. Even with the nuts tightened all the way down. Took me an embarrassingly long time to find out it was the rubber in the mounts lol.

As far as extra hardware, you will have some lol. I ended up with bag full on my build. Things that aren't listed in the manual, and I have no clue what they're for.

Drf can't get the rear mount nuts on with the rubber there.
I have a sheet of high temp silicone for making gasket that may be better, but it looks like I'm going to have to dremel some material from the rear mount groove.

I'm concerned this poor fitment could cause some bad vibration

Your absolutely correct...It WILL.

Don't use that front mount on a Hyper beach cruiser frame...Use this instead:

I have that same bend on my Hyper bike seat tube as you do and had no trouble mounting it, but then again, I DO NOT use the front mounts that come with the kits, I made my own or you can buy one that works exactly like mine as far as swivel adjusting is concerned.

See how level I installed mine with my homemade front mount?...I have zero vibration problems.

Thank you, I had a feeling it wasn't right.
What's that you're using between the mount bracket and frame bar?
Can you show me how it fits in the back? Looks like you have a different mounting bracket there too, did you use the big U-bolt?
How is that thing even used?

I can't get it in any position that fits the back bar, the rounded part of the engine mounting area is too narrow

This is definitely a learning curve, as simple as it is.
I got the throttle assembly on, clutch handle(which has a loose bolt with cheap, damaged head that I can't move without stripping worse.. and cable connected and then remembered I have to take it off to fit the chain.

The wheels that came on this bike are pure junk. Hyper sent me a replacement set that's even worse than the originals with a multi-speed rear wheel, told me I could wait for another replacement with no ETA or return the bike to Walmart for refund. I almost had them straightened out and then got overconfident and kept cranking on spoke nipples until it was good and crooked, then spent another couple of hours trying to get it at least back to the near-straight that I'd had it with no success. I think the original back wheel is about as straight as I'm going to get it.
Gordy sent a link to some rims on Amazon and I'm considering those or some Mags or like what you've got, with brake discs pre-installed.

Anyhoo.. what is the white wire actually for?
Nearly ever video I see on YouTube they cut it off, but what is it there for?

Just a very thin piece of rubber very much like a piece of old tire innertube.

Yep...lol...It's the one with the bolts on the bottom end of picture, NOT the Adel clamp that is higher up holding the front of the chain guard because I do not attach it to the engine as it is intended to because they always break off due to even the weakest vibration after awhile.

Notice i use bolts and NOT studs, studs always seem to break on me but the good American made bolts do not snap off...lol.

NOPE, I used the normal rear mounting block that those bolts go through to attach to the bottm end.

Judging from your picture, it looks more of an angle problem than a narrow problem.

I will tell you what I have written many times in the forums for others...Do NOT use the wheels or coaster braking that comes with these bikes...ALL of them that come with these bikes are garbage...I bought my Hyper 5 years ago for the frame, not the wheels...I was one of the first here in the forums to use and recommend the Hyper steel frame for motorised use...If you look at the pictures I posted, I use a very specific type of mag wheel set up and use the disk brakes that the mags actually come with.

All of this is found in my tutorial of how I built mine.

Also, @Gordy has elected to use regular type spoke rims on his bike, he will see this soon enough to tell you what he got and where he got it and what brake systems to use with his type of rims.

Here is a pic of his Hyper with the rims he bought to replace the crappy rims that come with the Hyper's.

That was and still is someones stupid idea of a joke thinking that your gonna be able to run a lighting set of that wire whilst sharing that same electricity from the magneto and expect it to not effect the spark potential needed for the spark plug...lol.

Hope I answered most of the question to your satisfaction...lol...DAMIEN
