Zeda 100max cnc head doesnt fit?

Just a very thin piece of rubber very much like a piece of old tire innertube.

Yep...lol

NOPE, I used the normal rear mounting block that those bolts go through to attach to the bottm end.

Judging from your picture, it looks more of an angle problem than a narrow problem.

I will tell you what I have written many times in the forums for others...Do NOT use the wheels or coaster braking that comes with these bikes...ALL of them that come with these bikes are garbage...I bought mine for the frame, not the wheels...If you look at the pictures I posted, I use a very specific type of mag wheel set up and use the disk brakes that the mags actually come with.

All of this is found in my tutorial of how I built mine.

Also, @Gordy has elected to use regular type spoke rims on his bike, he will see this soon enough to tell you what he got and where he got it and what brake systems to use with his type of rims.

Here is a pic of his Hyper with the rims he bought to replace the crappy rims that come with the Hyper's.

That was and still is someones stupid idea of a joke thinking that your gonna be able to run a lighting set of that wire whilst sharing that same electricity from the magneto and expect it to not effect the spark potential needed for the spark plug...lol.

Hope I answered most of the question to your satisfaction...lol...DAMIEN
My rims are these...

And disc brakes or E bike rated rim brakes will work with them. I can go a little more into detail later but I have to go grill dinner so I can't atm

I've got those rims in my cart.
I'd kinda like something I don't have to worry about spokes though and they say 2.35-2.5.. the stock tires are 2.125 and already leave little space between tire and fork & chain.
What size/style tires are you using?

I'm running 2.25" tires iirc. The 2.125 is fine. But honestly if you set the tension they hold real well.

I have the same wheels as Gordy and have 2.35 on them. That is the max recommended width and they seem fine with that size. I believe 2.15 is the narrowest recommended width.

specs say 2.35-3.5

Man, the wheels from BBR that Damien posted on his thread are not available and I can't find any with sprocket and brake disc already installed... can anyone help me out with this problem?
Like I need to add the bolts and discs and brake parts all seperate.. do I need a spacer between the sprocket and brake disc too? Or do they mount together directly to the hubs?

I apologize for being 'intellectually lazy' but I'm about tapped out.

I added the stretcher tool as well and brake adapters.. but this is Def turning into more than I'd bargained for. At this rate, I could've saved the money on the motor and Hyper for a 1000k+ ebike.. but I'm invested now..

And BTW those axel nuts on the Hyper had to be dremeled off to remove the rear wheel. I think my dogs thought I'd gotten tourettes syndrome. Then I went to just put it all on my Trek only to remember that I have 3 bare cables running down the top bar so I can't mount the tank and not about to bother rerouting cables on that one... and as an added kick in the nuts, I also realized the Trek already has disc-brake mounting brackets as part of the frame/forks like a nice cynical joke from the bike gods.. so that will most likely get an ebike conversion in the future...

But this Hyper... man, I must've missed the part about the frame being the only good part and everything else being trash.

I appreciate you guys being patient and guiding me thru it.
Damien's post Def helps too, and.. I tried stretching that fkr by hand.. and been hitting my gym with fury ever since to burn off some frustration. Ima aching..

But I'll get it there. I hate to quit 😒
So I did add a stretcher tool

Yeah, the sprocket will need a spacer. Some aluminum ones have one built in. Mine does. The hardware is just M5 x 0.8mm. length is dependent on sprocket and spacer amd will.need to be measured after and you can get shem at hardware stores.

Yes, a spacer is needed. They are fairly cheap and can be sourced all over the internet. Rotor bolts need to have medium strength loctite and should be torqued to 55 inch pounds, but follow whatever torque the manufacturer of the rotor states if possible.
