Made longer CDI mounts for wide tube.
You can see here there was no room to raise the engine and is why the motor mounts had to be modded like they were. The carb is close to the seat tube
Longer tank straps after cleaning ,jb weld and paint.
Standard auto parts store 2" muffler strap attached to the bottom of the kick stand worked well to secure the bottom of the muffler.

Front motor mount was a trick due to clearance issues with the top of the motor and carb. This was the end result. We will see how it holds up. All mo
Had to cut the flange off the muffler and re-weld it to get a fit but it finally bolted up with a tiny bit of clearance on the frame.
Carbon fibre wrapped the exhaust. Maybe it'll keep the heat down.
