1 Year in the making

I bought the engine kit about year ago knowing nothing about motorized bikes. I have bicycle and 2 stroke experience so that helped a lot. I am having an absolute blast planning and building.

Let me know what you think or what I should do next.

I have thought of better tires. I just bought a decent set but they were too tall and rubbed the top of the fork. I am considering these:

Those tires are now discontinued according to the ad you supplied.

I use these tires and tubes and have been trouble free with them...Im in the desert with lots of thorns and goat heads to contend with and not so much as a puncture using these...lol...Its pricey, but well worth it when you consider I have yet to wear out the tires with Kevlar and im not changing blown out tubes etc.

Also be aware of tire inflation on these motorised bikes of ours...lol.

Whatever you do, DO NOT inflate to what those tires tell you on the side of the tires...They say 40 to 60 PSI...With the hardness and rigidity of those tire inflations along with the speeds you can go on these bikes, It will feel like riding on wooden wagon wheels or solid steel wheels with no rubber...lol...My bike is 80 pounds, my fat butt is 217 pounds...I inflate mine to 38 pounds and thats just perfect to give it enough "give" and a decent ride as welI...It also takes into account that the air in the tires expands due to speed resulting in more heat in the tires that expands those PSI settings.

Keep in mind that those inflation settings are configured for pedal bike speeds, not the speeds we regularly get up to running these beasts...lol.

I can't see a bracket on the extended exhaust.

You may want to add one, that extra weight on end likes to pivot the engine bracket screw loose after bouncing around a bit.

I'd already learned that from here somewhere. Still, my first few runs w/ stinger on banana pipe didn't have one.

I f****d around.
I found out.
And my stinger is smaller.

Looks good.
Oh if only I could do a banana seat.

I have a bracket on the back side. You just can’t see it in the photo

Those are the tires I have on already. I have 700c tires and was wanting something a little bit wider. I tried a pair of 29x2 tires but we’re too tall for the fork. So I figured I would try a 700c tire. From what I gather they shouldn’t be as tall as a 29” tire.

Yea I am aware of tire inflation on these bikes. . Mine are also filled to 38 psi. The tires I linked in original post are rated for 31 mph. I figured I’d give them a shot. They are meant for e-bikes.

I have been reading as much info on this site as humanly possible. I want to build a safe reliable bike. Eventually I switch to disc brakes and mag wheels.
