Naw. Just wanted to point out these motors ain't all that sensitive to such things...
You wouldn't be saying that if you lived in a desert environment where "dirt devils' are twirling about all the time as well as wind storms coming in at 40 to 60 MPH...Air filters are quite the necessity where I am and DO make a difference...lol.
 
Of course they make a difference. I never suggested they didn't... and I am 100% certain your bike would run fine in your environment without one....

...but for how long? Of course the more that makes it in to your engine... the more stays in your engine and the build up would eventually kill that motor ... if it didn't die from something else first.

Easy/Cheap answer: Use an air filter. We're not talking big bucks or intense science here. :D
