Yeah, I feel like most of his "knowledge" is sourced from here and the other forums. I feel insulted with him posting it here where we help folks for free.

That dude has been spamming everywhere he possibly can to pawn his book. Hes actually been called out for the info in his book, seeing that its not really helpful. Saw him on reddit. And the bicycle forum aswell.
