Centrifugal centrifugal clutch stuck in motor mode no neutral

so i have a second part to this question do i need a centrifigural clutch in order to use the pull start .. is the an instruction manual on how to install the pull start availible

You do not need a centrifugal clutch, but it requires that you pull in the clutch lever whilst yanking on the starter cord, which can be a little tricky, especially if a high compression cylinder head has been installed.

I've never looked back after fitting a centrifugal clutch to my bike; in fact i could not live without one.

the photos and description will make installation of the pull-start self explanatory.

hey guys i just put a new air filter and piston rings on my bike now everytimei go to start it it strtrs for a sec and then stalls out and ass i give it gas the engine bogs down . any help will be much appreciated.
