Searched the forum here and could not find a single thing on this type of chain...

First, I am looking at buying this engine with transmission from Ebay

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=160277677888

Doing some investigating, I come to find out the sprocket on this transmission uses "T8F" or "8MM" chain.

    Two question...

Does anyone know if they make a rear sprocket using "T8F" chain pitch for a bicycle?

Is this chain strong enough for MB useage, or would you take off the transmission and mount a driveshaft with a different sized sprocket?

ive got one of those enines and the sprocket on mine fits a standard bmx bike chain, but i ended up removing the gear box and using it as a friction drive like a staton, home made, great bike so simple and easy
