The 41 is of the industrial power equipment design, its made like the 40,50,60 and 420,520. It will outlast most engines, my first bike is still running a 41 that is 3_1/2 years old with no streach or wear. Yes its a little wider than the 415 but I haven't had any clearance problems on the motor only on big tires.
