Dax's outstanding customer service

    I called Duane yesterday to ask about reparing my 70 that had just died leaving me to pedal just over 2miles . The motor is long over the warranty period. Dax was under no obligation to do anything but say they were sorry but instead Duane/Dax was very helpful and "made me an offer I couldn't refuse". They went far above anything they had to do. There are many choices of where you can get a motor, but if service after the sale is important to you and it should be, Dax can not be beat!:grin:

    Can't add much to that for sure. I've bought 3 HT's and one Titan. Customer service goes a long way with me too.
