engine problem

Hi all,
I'm having a few problems with my bike. I ran it last night and noticed I was loosing power and the bike would **** when i released the clutch. So i took off the exhaust pipe thinking it was clogged. I just ran the bike with out the exhaust on, when i released the clutch this time the bike took off without me messing with the throttle. Any ideas on what would cause something like that to happen?

if the muffler was clogged and you turned up the idle screw to keep it running with that muffler, then removing the muffler would require turning the idle back down - if not, then check that the cable isn't binding somewhere

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured out the problem, I'm still breaking the engine in and the jet in the carb got clogged and exhaust needed cleaning. Bike runs great again.
