You must not have looked at 57 Chevy Bel Air or Ford Fairlane restored prices lately. That is the ultimate arbiter of which is more popular.



While both 2 door hardtop models sold for within $200 of each other as new models, today the Bel Air sells for over twice as much as a Fairlane in comparable condition.

I know that a Bell Air is worth more, but it was outsold by the Fairlane in '57

She's my dad's project. It's a car he started with my mom's grandpa and means alot to him. They started restoration but never finished. It's a 1957 for Fairlane Victoria 500 4 door(kinda a mouth full).

That's gonna be a sick cruiser. I like the paint job
