Okay so the new plan is to buy the Micargi Cyclone (for fat tire installation) I have the fat tire compatible mag rims on the way from imperialcycles. Messaged the powersports guys for the dimensions of the vertical 4 stroke, triple tree forks for the front, all the bells and whistles. This is going to be a monster. Will keep ya'll posted.

I applaud ppl trying new things and showing their ideas and planning on this site.

Your triple tree idea is good. Your idea to run this big, powerful engine on 3/8" bicycle axles is not. I think that a minimum safe thickness for the rear axle would 1/2", preferably made of stainless steel.

Be safe!

Yep. What timbone said. 10mm rear is too weak and those wheels may also be too weak. Bicycle mag wheels aren't as strong as you think. You're putting a motorcycle engine on, so use motorcycle wheels or build up some heavy duty bicycle wheels.

Okay so you all have convinced me to downgrade to the 140cc Piranha Pit Bike Engine.

Going to fabricate a motor mount for it as well.

So this motorcycle at time frame 5:11 looks a lot like the mag wheels that I have as far as size and thickness. Still not going to put on the 220cc engine. Still going with the
140cc Piranha. But I believe the mags will take the load. Notice I said "believe". Trying to think of ideas to strengthen the rear area of the frame. But anyway .....
