Did a 48 mile /// 77 km ride around Chain Lakes in Western Canada,,, a beautiful +5c day ...

Stop too visiting a old farm friend too shoot the chat about farm operations,,, hung out at his custom antique shop

This is his 1 of his many winter projects...

1953 and still running...

Easy for the fat tire bike too skiff across the frozen /// partly covered grave road sections at 3.2 mpr too 14.7,,, pedal'ed 1/3 of it for Zone 1 cardio training... stuff'ed the bike into the trees,,, did another 5.3 mile ruck on the wild life habitat trails...

1 too 1 1/2 miles of cattle pasture ride...

Looped around the back side of the lake too return too the support unit... checked out the 2 cut across routes between the 3 lakes
This is yesterday evenings photo...

Todays ride will be North of the Montana 49th parallel,,, a warm winter Chinook is roiling threw the mountains this afternoon with strong wind gusts

The tip too to view covers 200 too 300 miles on this part of the range...

Staged out of the South Country Ranch,,, +6c already,,, high mile 2-smoke day...

Coved 48 miles by pedaling with power...
18 1/2 miles by pedal power only till 1 pedal fell off...
Did a 5 mile walk along the creek too strech out,,, cardio thing...

Mid day temps of +10 too +12c blue sky day for sure...

All gravel travel once i left the pavement...

71 miles Total for the day,,, 1.6 too 14.7 mpr...

Don't need no stinking pedal when we have engine power or boots on the ground... Ha

Today is a off day,,, power pedal bike walk and jog too cover ground with boots on the ground,,, then power back to the support unit at the end of the day,,, super easy using the 42 lb power bike as a off road rolling walker...

A great way too get my cardio going,,, strech out the muscles,,, do a few stretches,,, prepare for a long long distance ruck into the far reaches of the mountains...

Wize too game plan incase i have too ditch the bike and hoof out on foot...

Ride,,, Ride and Pedal,,, Pedal Only,,, Ride and Walk,,, lots of options for us too cover ground...

Or lets say Lets Ride and Go Ice Fishing...

The weather looks good up here today as my long time friend does a power tune on the factory engine...

Crazy what a 2-smoke tuner dude can do with his skills,,, he rocks at this stuff... It took him 2 hours of carb tuning with test runs too liven up the engine...

We plowed out the test track last night for a few more tuning test runs before I head out on a local farm land tour today...

Good times for sure,,, lets ride...

Oh Yha too the 5 mile cattle pasture trail...

Got the fake pk-80 running in tractor mode with 10/60 gear set,,, 5 psi tire pressure,,, and a extra liter of fuel too cover distance. Might rack up 50 or 60 miles easy between 9 to 13 mpr ____________

Whos chasing who now... Ha

Fixed those Beavers but good now...
