Motorized Biker in Maryland

I've built a bike using the Grubee GT1 and a HS 4 stroke from China. Very happy with my setup but already having problems with the centrifugal clutch on the single chain hoot box. Anyone know of a commercial minibike or go-cart clutch that can be used to replace the hoot clutch?
