new guy from ks needs advice/help

hi everyone.

i just finished my first bike the other day. it went very smoothly exept for one thng. the rear tire keeps getting thrown off of the rim due to some kind of wobbling. can anyone help? im thinking that the rear sprocket (the one you install with the rubber plates) isnt paralell with the rear rim.any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome! You will find help at this site, from many different people. Many different solutions will also be offered, so just check to see which one helps.

My 2 cents worth: Not sure if the sprocket would cause this problem, unless it was over tightened and threw the wheel out of round. i am beginning to think the sprocket isnt centered. more trial an error to come. thanks for replying.
