Hi Thanks for a great forum. Im 72 years old and just started my first build (no joke) I used a mtn bike frame and Skyhawk 66 engine, tossed out all the original parts and stripped the frame for paint. ordered some fenders and did a bit of custom paint on those and the gas tank. Having a hard time finding the kind of parts i want without paying as much for freight as the part or more. seems all of the parts places are on the West Coast. ill do my best to keep y'all posted as i go --Thanks for a great place to learn from .
