What else? Significant time and thought and work. Nothing (Almost nothing) will be plug and play. The frame you selected, while bitchen looking, is for from “standard”. The mount in post #37 looks nice, but again will not be an easy fit.
Motor mounting might be dictated by room in the frame. My preference is a vertical cylinder- mostly for appearance sake. Also- the route of the pedal side chain might be tricky.
I’m no expert, but my build (link in signature) might give some ideas.
