His prose may be, uh, extra stylish, but he does have a point. This really not a motor for a bicycle. It's a genuine motorcycle engine and would fit much better on a real motorcycle frame.
212cc isn't even close to legal. Ideally, you find a old motorcycle frame, small on a real tranny and jump the hoops to license it as a motorcycle.
