Removing paint

I need to paint my black micargi bronco motorized bike ..orange. I sprayed the whole bike with paint stripper..but it didnt make the whole frames black paint peel off...anyone have a clue?id be there for 12 years if i sand it...maybe a sand blaster? just need to finish stripping it.

get you one of those abrasive pads that fit into a drill chuck. that'll take care of any paint you ever come across
