Hi guys,
a bike engine was stolen on October 22nd between 9AM and 5PM at the University of Arizona in Tucson, next to the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering building. The locks were not damaged and the bike was not stolen.
To remove the engine; the mounts were unscrewed. The chain, throttle cable and clutch cables were cut. This was in broad daylight, next to two huge parking lots with a lot of people walking around. It's insane.
The thing isn't worth much, too.
New full kit was 120 on Ebay. The thief will probably sell it for scrap...
If anyone has info, please contact (520)303-8495
