This permantly fixed having to adjust back rim for tension

These are chain tensioners for your bicycle rear bolt. Universal. I installed these on the rear of a Schwinn OCC Chopper and I Rarely have to adjust my chain now or worry about links breaking.

I'm assuming those gizmos only work on horizontal droputs???

Those work the same as what most motorcycles come with. Should be an improvement over std bicycle stuff. My m/b has an almost identical setup, which works great. Nice find!

Motorcycles have oval slots in the swing arm and not rear open

Those adjustable devices have a plate to span the open rear drop out

My Phatmoto came with those, beats fighting the wheel straight while you try to get the bolts tight.
