using the white wire with a battery

can i use this batter inline with the white wire to keep it charged while running some tail lights and a head light?

I found some bicycle battery powered light on ebay, can I power the lights with this battery if they use 2 AA's.

2 AA's in series(which the light probably is) will give u 2 X 1.5V=3V so in answer to your second question probably No.....u can try it cos LED's(i'm assuming their LED's) tolerate a wide range of voltages but u would be putting 6 volts through something that was meant for 3V.
In answer to your first question again the answer is No....IF u succeed you'll be the first person on the planet & immediately receive god like status.
