My last build was probably about 80 lbs with a full tank (a 1.8 gallon tank). It was an aluminum frame. I also had a rear rack and saddle bags, as well as a big battery to run lights. My current build is steel.
It was light enough that I could pick it up, but "throwing it over my shoulder" was cumbersome.
