What to use...4G T-belt or Q-matic??

Hi all new to this forum, I am getting ready for my next build since I am not really happy with my 2 stroke whinning build :/ . So I am planning on doing a 4 stroke build and cant decide whether to use a 4G T-belt or Q-matic and I need some feedback Also if anyone knows where I can buy either of these gearboxes fairly cheap would be great too.
