WTB-Front Wheel/Drum Brake for Whizzer Fork (i found one, thanks)

i think i'm tired of trying to mod a front brake on my hydraulic whizzer front-end...

Hey guys,
Im looking to add a front brake to my bike and was wondering about getting the correct size wheel.
I would like to have balloon tires (26" x ~2.3") on my bike. Can I use the Husky wheel with drum brake installed (26" x 2.125").

Workman Cycles makes a nice wheel with a drum brake $99.00 last time I bought one.2.125 and 11gauge spokes. 77A under industrial bike.
