RF4WMC15 is printed 15 is stamped and "P" is printed
WMC15= Whizzer Motor Company 1st model 2005
15P= 1st model, 2005 Production

Maybe

I have no Idea what RF4 stands for, but the # 009404 matches the engine serial#
It would of matched but Taiwan stopped putting serial# on the engine
Taiwan also put engine on with serial# that didn't match the frame serial#

The tenth digit in the VIN and most other CHE manufactured Whizzers ( WC1 and NE5) is the year of make. Which is a "5". that is how I decipher the year on WC1 vs NE5 due to the reversal of the month and year in the MFG date code. You taught me that on my first Whizzer I as going to buy where the guy claimed it was a 2008 and it was a 2000 WC1! The reverse code said the bike was a 2008, and the seller convinced me of that but you knew it was a 2000. Kept ,me from overpaying for a WC1. Thank you sir!

Whizzer USA only produced 288 Blue 24" Sportsman, and a hand full of the Black Knight for the year 2000. Special Edition Whizzers.
There were yellow and blue 24" nock offs made by twain that year. They also tried using whizzer models on there vin plate,like this yellow one.
WS24...Whizzer Sportsman 24" wheels.so.... now we know where find that model. WC-1 Ne NE-R SE
