Remove the 4 screws holding the Magneto Cover. Then the 4 screws holding the Magneto Loop to the Motor...
Look carefully on the white plastic top of the Winding/Coil. The little tiny copper wire has broken at the solder to the Top Arm...
I reused the original Black Ground Wire, then soldered a 10 guage Wire in place of the Blue Wire on the top Terminal coming out of the Coil...
We are going to remove the Magneto Loop Coil/Winding and see if we can repair it...

The White Wire's Insulation is damaged here, possibly contributing to not working...
Magneto Loop Coil removed. Next we do away with the White Wire and replace the Blue Wire with a 10 guage Wire. I reused the Black Ground Wire.
Next I carefully soldered the little tiny copper wire on the Top of the Winding/Coil back to the Metal Arm of the Magneto Loop...
